Ingredients :
1)Pepper 4spn
2)coriander seeds 1-2 spoon
3) Toor dal 1-2 spoon
4) Sukki mirch 4-5
Method :
Fry the above in little oil, along with these fry curry leaves 3-4 strands. Once this is cooled, mix it in mixer.
In a pan add til oil add mustard seeds, once it splutters, add hing and tamarind paste.
Once this is added added add the ingredients prepared in the mixer to the pan.
Add salt and allow this to boil until the oil oozes out forming a paste.
This can be stored and used as well.
